How do I receive my portrait?
Digital portraits arrive by email within minutes of your order, as a full-resolution file with no watermark. Canvas and framed prints are made to order and shipped to your door.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored privately and never shared or made public. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Finished portraits are kept with your order so you can reorder prints.
Can I order a print later?
