Refund Policy

Every One More Photo portrait is made just for you, from your own photos. Because of that, our policy works a little differently from a typical store. We want you to love your portrait, and if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

See it before you buy
You get a free, watermarked preview of your portrait before you pay. Please look it over carefully: the faces, the background and the overall look. Your purchase is based on the preview you approved.

Digital downloads
Digital portraits are delivered right away, so they can't be returned once delivered. We will give you a full refund if:

  • your download link doesn't work and we can't fix it within 3 business days,
  • the file you received is damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, or
  • you were charged more than once for the same portrait by mistake.

Canvas and framed prints
Prints are made to order, so we can't accept returns because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size. But if your print:

  • arrives damaged,
  • has a printing defect, or
  • isn't the portrait or size you ordered,

contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the damaged print back.

If your order is lost in transit, we'll reprint and resend it at no cost once the carrier confirms it's lost.

Cancelling an order

  • Prints: you can cancel for a full refund until your order goes to print, usually within 12 hours of ordering. Once it's printed, it can't be cancelled.
  • Digital downloads: these are delivered right away, so they can't be cancelled after purchase. When an order is cancelled, its download link stops working.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you when your refund has been issued.

Your photos
The photos you upload are private and are automatically deleted from our system within 30 days.
