Digital downloads: instant
Digital portraits are delivered immediately at no cost. You can download yours from:
- the order confirmation page right after checkout,
- the confirmation email, and
- your account (Orders or My portraits) at any time.
On a phone, tap Save to Photos to add it straight to your photo library.
Canvas and framed prints: made to order
Each print is made just for you after you order.

Custom orders can take longer. Larger sizes, special requests, and busy holiday periods can add extra time. If your order will take longer than usual, we'll email you an updated delivery estimate.

Tracking: once your print ships, we'll email you a tracking number.
Damaged, lost or wrong items: if your print arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, or the carrier confirms it's lost, contact us within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund you, as described in our Refund Policy.
Address changes: email us within [12] hours of ordering, before your print goes into production. We can't change an address once the order has shipped.
