These terms apply when you use getonemorephoto.com ("One More Photo," "we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. What we do
One More Photo turns photos you upload into a new portrait created with artificial intelligence (AI). You see a free, watermarked preview first. If you buy, we deliver the full-resolution portrait as a digital download, or as a canvas or framed print.

2. Your photos

  • You may only upload photos you have the right to use. This means photos you took, photos of your own family, or photos you have permission to use.
  • Don't upload photos of someone else without permission from them or their family. Don't upload illegal, sexual, violent or hateful content, or images of minors used in any harmful way.
  • You give us permission to use your uploaded photos only to create, deliver and support your portrait. We never sell your photos, and we don't use them in our marketing without your written permission.
  • Uploaded photos are private and are automatically deleted within 30 days. Your previews and purchased portraits are stored privately so you can view and download them from your account. Email us anytime to have them deleted.

3. AI-created portraits
Portraits are artistic images created by AI from your photos. They are not real photographs of a real moment. The AI may change details such as clothing, hair, lighting, background or expressions, and the result may not be a perfect likeness. That's why you see a preview before you buy. Your purchase is based on the preview you approved.

4. Your portrait
Once you pay, you may use your portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes: printing it, sharing it with family, or posting it on social media. Don't sell it or use it to mislead people, for example by presenting it as a real photograph to deceive someone or impersonating a person.

5. Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already placed. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or content that breaks these terms. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

6. Delivery, refunds and shipping
Digital portraits are delivered by email, on the order confirmation page, and in your account. Refunds and shipping work as described in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

7. Using the site fairly
Don't misuse the service. That includes automated or bulk generation, trying to get around limits or watermarks, reverse-engineering our systems, and interfering with other customers. We may limit or block access if this happens.

8. Our content
The site's design, text, logo and example images belong to One More Photo. You may not copy them without permission.

9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that every portrait will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Florida], USA.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
