Add a photo of each person or pet
This face is small, so the portrait may not look like them. A close-up photo works best.
- ✓ Close-up, one person
- ✗ Group photo
- ✗ Tiny, far away
Tip: close-up photos with clear, well-lit faces give the best likeness. Old or scanned photos work too.

Questions
Before you begin
What photos work best?
Clear photos where each person's face is easy to see. One photo per person is enough, and old or scanned prints are welcome.
Is the preview really free?
Yes. You'll see a watermarked preview before you pay anything, and you only order if you love it.
How do I receive my portrait?
Digital portraits arrive by email within minutes of your order, as a full-resolution file with no watermark. Canvas and framed prints are made to order and shipped to your door.
What happens to my photos?
Your photos are stored privately and never shared or made public. Photos and previews you don't buy are deleted automatically after 7 days. Portraits you buy are kept with your order so you can download them again or reorder prints.
Can I order a print later?
Yes. Your finished portrait stays linked to your order, so you can add a canvas or framed print whenever you're ready. Just contact us.
